On the app: tap Account (bottom of the screen), then the History tab. Tap Filter, set the time range to cover your trading (Custom for exact dates), leave Order Status on All, tap Done. Then tap the download arrow (top right) and Submit on the Export Orders screen. On desktop: Account → the Orders widget's Settings (three lines, top right) → Export Orders → Ok.
The free trading journal for Webull.
Ask Webull for your orders export, drop the emailed file in, and every trade, day and month is worked out for you. Options arrive as their own file and import alongside.
Worth knowing first: Webull emails the export rather than downloading it. Request it from the app or desktop, then look in the inbox of your Webull account email — it arrives within about ten minutes.
That is what a journal like this costs elsewhere. Here you pay nothing, and there is no card to enter.
- Every trade rebuilt from the file your platform exports
- The calendar — day by day, month totalled after costs
- Win rate, profit factor, expectancy, drawdown, streaks
- R multiples worked out from your own bracket orders
- Compounding accounts — the only journal that does
- Ignore a trade and every figure shows the what-if
- Mentor mode — hand one person a key, or nobody
- Export the lot as CSV, or delete it all, whenever
✓No card at any point — so there is nothing to cancel, and nothing to forget about later.
Enter your email, drop in a file, and your trades are on screen in about a minute. How to export your Webull history.
The same steps the journal shows when you add a Webull account. About a minute, and you only do it once per file.
Webull emails the CSV to your Webull account email within 5–10 minutes — it is not an instant download, so check your inbox.
Drop the emailed file here (named Webull_Orders_Records….csv). If you trade options they come as their own file — upload that one too; overlapping files are safe.
Your Webull trading, worked out.
The journal reads the file Webull exports — every fill, every scale-in, every stop that moved — and rebuilds your trades exactly as they happened. Upload the same file twice and nothing double-counts.
The calendar fills in day by day, the month is totalled after costs, and the stats — win rate, profit factor, expectancy, drawdown, streaks, R multiples — work themselves out. You never type a number.
What Webull traders ask.
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no trial, no limit on trades. The journal is free because Trade 13/48 sells a trading system, not a journal — the journal is how we show our numbers are right.
How do I get the Webull file?
On the app: Account → History → Filter (set the range, Order Status All) → the download arrow → Submit. On desktop: Account → the Orders widget's settings → Export Orders. Either way the CSV is emailed to you.
Why are my figures gross?
Webull's export carries no cost column, so the journal shows gross until you set your commission rate on the account. Set it once and every figure is after costs from then on.
Does it read my account statement?
No, and please don't upload one. The journal reads your order or trade history — the table of fills — never a statement. A statement carries your account number and balances, and the journal refuses it rather than store it.
What if the file can't be read?
The journal keeps it and tells you plainly, rather than showing wrong numbers. When the format can be read, your trades import on their own and you get an email.
Trade elsewhere too? The journal also reads Tradovate, TopstepX and ProjectX, AMP Futures, TradeStation and TradingView paper trading. About the journal →
